Spencer-Engineers, Inc. has provided consultation services to agencies of the federal government, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the U.S. Navy.

Services provided include civil, structural, and hydraulic engineering.  By combining these engineering disciplines, Spencer-Engineers has provided innovative engineering solutions to a variety of water resource, transportation, and building projects.

Spencer-Engineers has participated in numerous Federal water resource projects in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas involving flood control recreation, erosion control, water supply, and navigation.  Typical jobs have included levees and floodwalls, dams, water control structures, new channels and channel enlargement, pumping plants, gradient control structures, spillways, port facilities, and similar projects.

Through a multi-disciplined application of engineering capabilities and extensive experience with the administrative and technical requirements of the Federal Government, Spencer-Engineers has demonstrated consistently the versatility and expertise required for successful completion of Federal projects.
